Canceling your vendor's account means that you will immediately lose access to your account. However, there will be a grace period of 90 days during which your account will remain accessible for use.

However, you will need to call customer service for help first. This gives ample opportunity to vendors who may have forgotten something important or need additional time before fully committing to their decision. After the 90 days, all data is deleted.

Your products will continue to be featured on the App as long as your vendor's account is in good standing. If your account is suspended, your products are immediately removed.
